Brian Hunt serves as Senior Director, Lender Integration and Emerging Technologies at Fannie Mae. With over 30 years of experience, Brian has held leadership positions in Technology, Asset Management, Data Management and Operations. Current priorities include driving end-to-end alignment between business needs and emerging technologies and leading cross-functional teams to modernize and enhance technology platform capabilities. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Brian was responsible for developing a suite of products that supported due diligence and advisory services for large multifamily portfolio note sales.

Alvin Huang is a Principal Financial Services Specialist for Worldwide Business Development at Amazon Web Services with a focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and prior to joining AWS, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. where he managed the North America and Latin America market surveillance teams and led the development of global trade surveillance.

Richard Marion, CCMS

SVP, M&T Realty Capital Corporation

Rich Marion is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Asset Manager for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (“M&T RCC”), which includes oversight of the asset management team and all operations and management of the RCC servicing portfolio consisting of 1,700 loans and $36 billion in assets. Rich has over 30 years of experience in asset management, servicing, special servicing, and portfolio & risk management. Prior to joining M&T Rich was a SVP on the Agency Finance Asset Management team at Capital One and held senior positions at Newmark, formerly Berkeley Point Capital/Berkshire Mortgage, and MNC Mortgage Corporation. Rich assisted in developing and currently teaches the MBA Multifamily Property Inspection Workshop and earned the CCMS designation from the MBA in 2014.
