With 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate servicing, Elizabeth has expertise in managing high-volume cashiered & non-cashiered life company & CMBS portfolios, with loans ranging in size from $1MM to more than $200MM. She joined the Slatt Capital team in 2022 as Managing Director of Loan Servicing, where she now oversees the loan servicing division responsible for the management of Slatt's $5 billion servicing portfolio. Elizabeth earned the CCMS designation in 2016 and was the CCMS Chair from 2020-2022. She is currently the 1st Vice Chair of the MBA's Servicer Council and is part of the leadership team for the CCMS Society's Philanthropic Subcommittee, which received the Opens Doors Foundation's 2023 Spirit Award. She was Chair of the Small Servicers Committee from 2022-2023.

He partners closely with the core Insurance Servicing team to promote consistent insurance practices from loan closing through daily servicing, driving process improvements and collaborating with technology partners to enhance Lument’s proprietary servicing platform.
Ileana Salinas has been with JLL for seven years, including five years in management-level leadership. With 25 years of comprehensive experience spanning residential and commercial real estate, mortgage processing, escrow, loan closings, and insurance operations, Ileana brings deep industry expertise to complex asset protection challenges. A champion of best practices and cross-functional collaboration, she is dedicated to safeguarding assets and optimizing insurance solutions within the evolving real estate landscape. Known for her innovative approach to navigating industry challenges, Ileana excels at identifying effective pathways through complex obstacles and implementing solutions that drive meaningful results. Elizabeth Vorholt is a distinguished leader in commercial mortgage insurance servicing, bringing 17 years of industry expertise and 12 years of dedicated service at Wells Fargo and Trimont. As head of Trimont’s Insurance team within the commercial mortgage servicing group, Elizabeth oversees a portfolio of approximately 10,000 loans, supporting the management of $700 billion in assets. Her team spans multiple locations, including Charlotte, Kansas City, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. Elizabeth’s passion for insurance was sparked early in her hometown in Ohio, where she worked after school as a receptionist for her neighbor, Lisa Diemer, who leads the nation’s top American Family insurance agency. This early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in the field and laid the groundwork for her successful career. A committed leader and mentor, Elizabeth has traveled to Hyderabad, India, on two occasions to conduct training sessions and strengthen relationships with Trimont’s international teams. She is continually focused on process improvement, leveraging technology, and facilitating collaborative discussions across the platform to ensure workflows are both effective and efficient. Her hands-on leadership style and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in building a high-performing, globally integrated insurance servicing operation. She is a recent graduate of the MBA’s Future Leaders program and is actively pursuing her CCMS designation.
