Victor Calanog is the Global Co-Head of Research and Strategy at Manulife Investment Management. He previously served as Head of Commercial Real Estate Economics at Moody’s Analytics, and as Chief Economist and Senior Vice President at REIS. He is responsible for market forecasting, valuation, thought leadership, and advisory services. He serves on several Councils for the MBA; is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS); is part of advisory and editorial boards for the CRE Finance Council, and the Counselors of Real Estate. In addition, he serves as Treasurer and part of the Board of Directors of Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE).
Ms. Sternin is responsible for industry and rating agency relations and initiatives across the servicing platform. Prior to joining Berkadia, she was responsible for business development, marketing, and communications for Situs. Additionally, Ms. Sternin previously served as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Multifamily for the Mortgage Bankers Association and CEO of MISMO, the MBA’s technology initiative for creating uniform data standards for the real estate finance community. Previously, Ms. Sternin held the position of Senior Vice President at Midland Loan Services responsible for marketing and sales activities.

Kevin is a senior director and head of CRE capital markets at Moody’s Analytics, responsible for research, thought leadership and strategic initiatives for the MA CRE group, with a focus on climate risk and ESG. He was formerly director of research in the Moody’s Investors Service CMBS team for ten years. Prior to joining Moody’s Analytics, Kevin held CRE research roles at ING Clarion and Jones Lang LaSalle. He also practiced as a structural engineer, designing large scale commercial buildings in California. Kevin holds an M.S. in commercial real estate development and finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Adam Fox is a senior director in Fitch Ratings’ U.S. CMBS group. His primary areas of expertise are commercial mortgage servicing and U.S. commercial securitization. Adam is currently responsible for Fitch’s North American commercial mortgage servicing group and leads a team of three analysts covering approximately 45 commercial mortgage servicers. In addition, he maintains an active role in new issuance and surveillance commercial securitization rating reviews as well as European servicer evaluations. Prior to his current position, Adam led a team of five associates who perform CMBS surveillance and authored a variety of research and criteria reports. Adam was previously director of data management at CRIIMI MAE where he spent seven years.
Katie is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and chair of the firm’s Servicing & Special Servicing practice. She focuses on commercial mortgaged back securities (CMBS) including conduit and single asset, single borrower securitizations, collateralized loan obligations (CLO), and Freddie Mac securitizations—both the K Series and Small Balance Loan products representing special servicers, master servicers, sub-servicers and investors (B Piece buyers). Her practice is firmly rooted in providing comprehensive legal solutions to clients' regulatory challenges related to securitization, portfolio, and warehouse servicing agreements, including disclosure, compliance, and audit requirements.
