Bill Lyons is the Founder, President and CEO of Griffin Funding, a nationwide boutique mortgage banker known for delivering 5-star service and specializing in non-agency lending, including DSCR, Bank Statement, Home Equity, and VA loans. As a licensed real estate broker and long-time mortgage and real estate finance operator, Lyons has built and led teams of thousands of mortgage professionals and brings a practitioner’s perspective on how IMBs can set up Non-QM for sustainable growth—aligning product strategy, sales execution, and operational discipline as non-agency demand accelerates. Lyons studied at Arizona State University and Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and Forbes Real Estate Council.
