Judith Tribble

Judith Tribble serves as the EVP, Chief Compliance Officer for Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, a role she has held since joining the firm in 2013. She oversees the organization’s comprehensive compliance and risk framework, including day-to-day regulatory and agency compliance, Second Line CMS/Risk functions, the development and governance of enterprise compliance policies, sub-servicer oversight, and all regulatory audit activity across business platforms. Judith is a member of the firm’s Board of Managers, chairs the Lakeview Compliance Committee, and plays an active leadership role on the Mortgage Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, and Subservicing Steering Committees. Her strategic guidance helps shape the company’s approach to risk management, compliance operations, and regulatory engagement. Prior to Lakeview, Judith served as Vice President of Legal and Compliance, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Residential Finance Corporation, following senior compliance roles within multiple financial institutions. She holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from Capital University and a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. Judith is a member of the Ohio Bar and is a national speaker on mortgage compliance and regulatory trends. In 2022, she was honored with the Authentic Leadership Award- a Five Star Women in Housing distinction, recognizing for her outstanding contributions and leadership within the mortgage industry.
