Julia Brown is the Founder of Teloscope Advisors, a boutique management advisory firm specializing in M and A integration, executive advisory, and operational transformation for independent mortgage banks and financial services companies. With 15 years of experience spanning mortgage origination, corporate development, and executive leadership, Julia is known for helping organizations navigate complexity, whether integrating acquisitions, scaling efficiently, or stabilizing leadership during moments of change. Her work focuses on aligning people, process, technology, and decision-making to drive measurable outcomes, not theoretical strategies. Prior to founding Teloscope Advisors, Julia served as Senior Vice President of M and A and Integration at Lower, where she led enterprise-wide integrations and was named Most Valuable Employee among more than 1,000 team members. Raised in Metro-Detroit, her earlier career experiences were UWM and Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage), giving her firsthand experience across distributed retail, consumer direct, wholesale, and enterprise operating models. Through Teloscope Advisors, Julia delivers concierge-level services including M and A Integration Management, Business Management Consulting, Executive Advisory, and Fractional or Interim Executive leadership.
