COMMITTEE MEETING: Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance (Open to Members, closed to Media)

The Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Committee is the key member group that identifies, studies, and evaluates legal and regulatory issues and trends related to the residential mortgage lending industry. Your voice is critical to MBA’s efforts. Current topics include the political outlook at the federal and state levels, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau supervisory and enforcement activities, regulatory changes, and recent MBA advocacy efforts. LIRC members attending the Legal Issues Conference are encouraged to participate to help guide MBA’s policy and advocacy priorities.
