Dawn Williams, AMP, is the Vice President of Conference Programs and Experiences at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), where she leads the strategy and execution of conference programming, registration services and attendee experience across more than 15 annual events. She collaborates closely with MBA leadership, members, and industry experts to ensure conferences reflect the most pressing issues in mortgage finance and deliver measurable value to attendees. She earned her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation in 2015 and was recognized as MBA’s Employee of the Year in 2017. Prior to MBA, she was Executive Director of the Default Attorney Group (DAG), a consortium of creditors’ rights law firms, and a marketing and events consultant for law firms and small businesses. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and advertising management positions with Time Life Books and May Company department stores. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia.

Brooke Anderson-Tompkins is the Founder and CEO of Bridge AIvisory, where she helps leaders make confident, mission-aligned decisions about AI strategy, governance, and adoption. As a former mortgage banking executive and entrepreneur, Brooke brings direct experience across operations, origination, compliance, risk, and organizational strategy. She began her career as a loan processor, moved into origination, and went on to build and lead businesses within the real estate-affiliated model, serving as President of 1st Priority Mortgage through early 2023. Today, she is known for helping executives cut through AI hype, align people and strategy, and use AI governance to build trust, improve execution, and create competitive advantage in regulated environments. She is also an active industry advocate and supporter of education-focused community initiatives, bringing a practical, grounded voice to positive change.
Chief Operating Officer and cofounder of PhoenixTeam, Tela G. Mathias has 25 years of experience solving problems in mortgage with technology. Mathias is a generative artificial intelligence (genAI) builder, specializing in using genAI to take the mortgage industry beyond the operator facing “knowledgebot”. She is a professional speaker and mortgage genAI thought leader. Mathias has deployed multiple genAI solutions to production and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Phoenix Burst – a genAI powered platform for exploring and delivering enterprise solutions that are integrated across people, process, and technology.
