Dr. Judith Joseph, MD, MBA, is a world-renowned psychiatrist, researcher, award-winning content creator, and expert in mental health for children and adults. She conducted the world’s first peer-reviewed study on high functioning depression, which became the foundation of her instant national bestselling book, “High Functioning: Overcome Your Hidden Depression and Reclaim Your Joy.” The book was named one of Audible’s Top 10 Well-Being Books of 2025, is published in more than 20 countries and 17 languages and has helped bring global attention to the hidden effects of pathological productivity and depression. Dr. Judith’s groundbreaking research was presented at The White House in 2024 to the Executive Office of the President of the United States and has earned her recognition as a 2024 NAACP Mental Health Champion, a 2025 CNN Gamechanger, and the recipient of a Congressional Proclamation Award from the U.S. House of Representatives in 2023.
