Rebecca Lorenz began her career in the mortgage industry in 1999 and has transformed the lessons she learned as an originator into a powerful platform that elevates others. Over the years, she has worn many hats. As the chapters of her career unfolded, Lorenz found herself striving for balance between high production and family life—and set out to build a business that allowed her to excel in both. As a top producer, she built an impressive team, implementing intentional processes and habits while designing a blueprint for the life she wanted to live. Throughout her extensive career, Lorenz has coached, trained, and influenced thousands of mortgage professionals, empowering them to grow both professionally and personally.
Steve Richman is a nationally recognized speaker known for energetic, practical, and engaging presentations. Over the course of his career, he has spoken to more than 750,000 individuals in every U.S. state, with more than 85 percent of his engagements coming from organizations that invite him back after experiencing his programs. He delivers keynote presentations and workshops across the country and serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member and Master Certified Negotiations Trainer with the Shapiro Negotiations Institute. A graduate of the University of Maryland and The George Washington University Law School, he is a member of the Maryland State Bar. He has taught public speaking at Towson University and negotiations in the Sellinger School of Business MBA program and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School. He has also presented on Capitol Hill, is certified in DiSC Behavioral Profiling, and has appeared on numerous podcasts and radio programs. His speaking and consulting focus on sales strategy, communication, marketing, consumer trends, leadership, and the real estate and mortgage markets.
