Aaron Eichenlaub is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Payment Solutions at Cotality, where he leads product, marketing, sales, and customer support for the commercial tax business. He recently spearheaded the successful launch of the division's new customer-facing platform, the Commercial Tax Portal. With nearly two decades of experience in the prop tech industry, Aaron is a recognized leader in scaling organizations both in the U.S. and internationally. His deep expertise in aligning cross-functional teams has been critical in building innovative solutions that address customer needs and drive business growth. Based in West Des Moines, IA, Derek is currently a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he focuses on capital markets, third party servicing, new business opportunities, and client relations. Prior to joining Grandbridge in 2020, he worked at Cohen Financial where he held multiple operational and managerial roles within the third party servicing and asset management teams. Derek attended college at the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in both Finance and Real Estate.

Mary Funderburk is Vice President/Senior Closer with Colliers Mortgage in Charlotte, NC. Mary joined Colliers in 2023 after spending 20 years with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as well as prior stints as a paralegal in residential real estate, corporate and tax along with spending time in various law firms, law enforcement agencies and social agencies. She has specialized in closing loans for insurance companies, conduit lenders and banks across all property types at Colliers and Grandbridge, having closed over 1,500 loans totaling $10 billion for over 120 lenders during her career.
Morgan Olsen is a vice president and senior manager in Loan Operations at Northmarq with more than nine years of experience in commercial loan servicing. She spent eight years in Portfolio and Asset Management overseeing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and life company portfolios, most recently serving as a life manager leading a team responsible for day to day borrower and lender relationships. In her current role, Morgan oversees servicing compliance, loan processing, and administrative support teams, with a primary focus on onboarding new servicing relationships and large loan portfolios. Her experience spans agency, life company, and portfolio lending, with a strong emphasis on operational execution and scalable servicing solutions.
