Deborah Dubois is the President of the MBA Opens Doors Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization founded by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). As President, Deborah is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Foundation, as well as the development and execution of strategies that ensure its sustainability and growth. In collaboration with MBA leadership and the Foundation's Board of Directors, Deborah plays a lead role in defining the Foundation's short- and long-term goals, including its hospital partnership strategy, grants program and revenue model. Previously, Deborah served as the Chief Development Officer for The Center for Public Integrity, a non-profit investigative journalism newsroom, where she led the fundraising and resource development operations, strengthening existing donor relationships and bringing new donors the organization's roster as a critical point in the organization's history. Prior to the Center for Public Integrity, Deborah spent 10 years in senior executive positions, overseeing development operations, marketing, communications and membership for social justice organizations, and 15 years in international, technology and consulting organizations. Deborah holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from The George Washington University.

Rob is a seasoned communicator with 20 years of experience in housing and financial services. He currently works with a variety of housing clients to craft strategies that enhance their company brand and industry positioning. He was previously Vice President of Communications at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), where he worked closely with the CEO, and other senior leadership, to develop and execute the association’s public affairs strategy. This included managing a staff that was responsible for executive communications, media relations, internal communications, social media, and grassroots advocacy.

David M. Neylan is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Guild Mortgage Co. In his current roles, David provides strategic, organizational and administrative leadership to the company operations and oversees the production, operations and loan administration divisions. David served as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since January 2020 and as a member of its board of managers since December 2020. Prior to that, David held a number of leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Business Development from August 2014 to December 2019. Before joining Guild Mortgage in 2007, David managed the local branch, regional and national origination divisions at CMG Mortgage Inc., a provider of mortgage banking, where he began his career in the mortgage banking industry in 1997. David is currently a member of the board of directors of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, an association representing the California residential and commercial real estate finance industry, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, an association representing the real estate finance industry. David earned a bachelor of science degree from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
Scott G. Stephen is the endlessly motivational head of Growth at Rate Companies. He supports Victor Ciardelli, Rate Companies CEO and President, in the company’s transformation into the premier “Everything Wellness” fintech, where his passion and drive help deliver industry-leading financial and personal wellness products and services. He leads by example in how you can live a long, happy, fulfilling life, inspiring the Rate team towards building the largest wellness community in the world. His no-nonsense leadership ensures the success of the company’s “Everything Wellness” vision and key growth initiatives. Prior to arriving at Guaranteed Rate, Scott served as the COO for two influential companies with origins in the Chicagoland area: Playboy Enterprises, home to one of America’s most iconic brands, and Yesmail, a pioneer in the digital marketing arena. Scott’s educational background has ties to Chicago as well; he holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and an MBA in marketing and organizational behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois. When Scott’s not rallying the troops towards Rate’s growth initiatives, he and his family travel the world and he studies the latest methodologies to maximize human potential and becoming one’s best self.
