Christine Chandler has been with M&T since 1991 and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Since 2018, she has been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and has overseen credit, asset management, compliance, technology and transformation. Active in various committees and groups related to the mortgage banking industry, Chandler serves as 2026 MBA Chairman and is a voting member of MBA’s Board of Directors, served as the 2023 Chair of MBA’s Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG), and served on MBA’s Finance and Audit Committee. Kevin Kauffman is the Senior Vice President of Seller Engagement in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions Division, leading industry engagement and overseeing the affordable lending strategy. As a strategic industry ally, Kauffman fosters a collaborative approach to help lenders reduce costs, manage operational risk, and identify new ways to serve qualified borrowers through innovative technology solutions while delivering a balanced loan portfolio and advancing affordable housing goals. He also enables adoption of Freddie Mac solutions to benefit the industry through critical alignment with third-party providers across the ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage operations and technology, Kauffman combines a deep understanding of the loan manufacturing process with experience in building and scaling end-to-end mortgage solutions. His previous leadership roles include positions at Citi, Chase, FIS and Fannie Mae.
Jacob "Jake" Williamson is Fannie Mae’s Executive Vice President and Head of Single-Family. Reporting to Co-President Brandon Hamara, Jake leads the company's Single-Family business division, including the teams responsible for providing consistent and reliable liquidity to the single-family mortgage market, facilitating access to affordable homeownership. Previously, Jake was the Senior Vice President for Single-Family Collateral & Quality Risk Management. In this role, Jake oversaw all end-to-end collateral, loan quality, and servicing capabilities, including front-end collateral policies, property valuation risk management, servicing, insurance and title policies, and loan quality control for credit and collateral. He also managed condominium standards, servicer oversight, and Real Estate Owned (REO) disposition. Earlier, Jake was Vice President – Single-Family Collateral Risk Management, overseeing foreclosure and REO functions. He also held roles in REO Fulfillment and Operational Analysis, and REO Sales. Before joining Fannie Mae in 2006, Jake was a Quantitative Analyst at GMAC-RFC. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Louisiana Tech University and a Graduate Business Analytics Certification from Southern Methodist University. He also completed extensive coursework toward a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and participated in SMU's data mining academic team.
