Erika is Vice President of Investor Reporting and Payoffs within Greystone’s Servicing and Asset Management division. She has over 16 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, leading high-performing teams responsible for loan-level reporting and remittance operations across agency, bridge, and third-party portfolios. Greystone services a $96.2 billion portfolio on behalf of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, USDA, and other investors, and consistently earns S and P Global Ratings' highest “Strong” rating. Before joining Greystone in 2018, Erika served as Vice President at Capital One Multifamily Finance (formerly Beech Street Capital), where she oversaw agency servicing and investor reporting functions.

Kyle Berkey is a Senior Manager in CBRE’s Investor Reporting department, where he oversees the accurate and timely remittances and reporting of data across a diverse client base. Kyle graduated from the University of Houston in 2014 with a degree in Finance and joined CBRE shortly thereafter, beginning what has become nearly his entire professional career with the firm. He brings broad operational experience, having started his career in cash operations before transitioning into investor reporting. This end‑to‑end operational background enables Kyle to provide a practical, detail‑oriented perspective on data integrity, operational risk, and scalable reporting processes in complex servicing environments.
Steven Griswold is an Operations Manager in the Investor Reporting department at Midland Loan Services. He has been with the company for 7 years, all of which has been within Investor Reporting. In his current role, he oversees daily remittances and reporting, ensuring deliverables are met timely and accurately. He has also managed the new portfolio setup process for the department over the past 6 years.
