Rachel Robinson is a valuation and mortgage industry leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning appraisal modernization, collateral risk, and property data innovation. She recently joined True Footage and its consumer brand, Kelley Blue Book Homes (KBBH), where she is leading the development of next-generation property certification frameworks designed to bring greater transparency, consistency, and confidence to real estate transactions. Prior to joining True Footage, Rachel spent 22 years at Rocket Mortgage, where she built and led the nation's largest hybrid appraisal program, architected the company's natural disaster policy and protocol, and drove UAD 3.6 implementation across the organization. She also led meaningful reform efforts in state manufactured housing detitling law and has been a consistent industry voice on the evolving intersection of homeowners insurance and mortgage policy. Rachel is a frequent contributor to industry dialogue on UAD 3.6, appraisal modernization and standardization, manufactured housing, and condominium policy. She has served as Chair of the MBA FHA Subcommittee and the MBA Residential Loan Production Committee, and holds active memberships in the HPC Appraisal Working Group, the MISMO AVM Working Group, and previously the Fannie Mae Collateral Risk Advisory Forum. Known for translating complex regulatory and technical concepts into practical, scalable solutions, Rachel works at the intersection of data, technology, and policy to build a more efficient and trusted real estate ecosystem — for consumers, lenders, and valuation professionals alike.
