With over 20 years of experience in multifamily servicing and asset management, her teams are responsible for a wide range of functions including new loan boarding, customer care, billing, tax administration, escrow analysis, payment processing, and cash management. Mike Gruss is Vice President of Asset Management at BWE (Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital) with over 20 years’ experience in servicing and asset management, he oversees HUD and RHS asset management and loan servicing. Since joining BWE in 2009, Mike has held positions in special servicing and asset management encompassing Freddie Mac, HUD, RHS, CMBS, and Life Company portfolios. Mike has been an integral part in helping BWE grow and adapt to industry changes and challenges. Mike earned his Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designation in 2023.
