Beth Goff-Plourd is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Director in the Mortgage and Real Estate Department for Lincoln Financial Group. She has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial mortgage industry. In her current role, Beth is responsible for managing the transition of Lincoln’s loan management system to a new platform. She also manages the loan administration and technology functions for Lincoln’s $16B commercial mortgage loan portfolio. Prior to her current role, Beth served as a closer and servicer for Lincoln where she closed and serviced more than $5B in commercial mortgage loans. Prior to joining Lincoln, Beth was a real estate paralegal conducting title searches and handling survey and title issues for commercial mortgage loans, land acquisitions and development. Beth holds a BA in English Literature with a double minor in Political Science and Sociology.

Utilizes commercial mortgage data analytics and loan administration expertise to help identify, assess, mitigate and manage risk in the Commercial Mortgage portfolio. Oversees team performing critical support functions including analytics, asset management, servicing and loan closing. Mrs. Carmack received her B.S.B.A in Marketing from Xavier University in 2007, her M.B.A. from Xavier University in 2011, and Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designation in 2016. Mrs. Carmack currently serves as the Education Sub-Committee Chair of the CCMS Society and 2nd Vice Chair of the Life Company Servicer Leaders Council.
Kent leads a department with multiple responsibilities related to strategic planning, project management, process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, business training, audit coordination, and facilities management. Kent is a licensed real estate broker in California, a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas, and holds the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. Prior to joining Prudential in 2005, Kent was with ORIX Capital Markets, LLC and held positions in asset management, process automation, and operations. At ORIX, Kent valued mortgage servicing rights, administered over $1B in credit facilities, asset managed a CMBS warehouse portfolio, prepared portfolio reports, and improved processes.
As Executive Managing Director, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, Mr. Maisel oversees Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Market’s risk and governance framework, ensuring risks are appropriately managed within the firm’s risk appetite and limits. This includes identifying, monitoring and managing key risks covering Newmark’s Multifamily Investment Sales, Structured Finance, and Loan Servicing businesses. He has 30+ years of experience spanning the full lifecycle of commercial and multifamily lending and loan servicing.
