Owen Lee is the 2026 MBA Chair-Elect and Chief Executive Officer at Success Mortgage Partners, Inc., (SMP). He co-founded the company with his father, Vincent, in 2002. Under his leadership, SMP has closed billions of dollars of mortgage loans yearly since 2016, is licensed in 42 states, and has more than 600 employees. Lee is also a Managing Member of Title Partners, LLC, a full-service title insurance and escrow services agency. An active leader in the mortgage and financial services sectors, Lee serves on MBA’s Board of Directors, is Co-Chair of its Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council, and is currently the 2023-2024 Chairman of MORPAC, MBA’s political action committee, where he has been a successful political fundraiser, helping to advance the association’s top legislative priorities.

Sonu Mittal is the Executive Vice President and Head of the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions Division. He is responsible for seller engagement, credit, products and affordable mission goals, as well as the operations and technology functions that support these activities. He is a member of Freddie Mac’s senior operating committee. Mr. Mittal brings more than two decades of leadership experience in virtually every aspect of mortgage lending. He comes to Freddie Mac from Citizens, where he served as President of Home Mortgage, executive vice president of Home Lending and head of Retail Mortgage, among other key roles. Prior to Citizens, he spent 18 years in the Washington, D.C., area at Capital One and Chevy Chase Bank, working in mortgage production, consumer sales and other areas. He has extensive experience across sales, operations, capital markets, strategy, analytics, product management and technology. Mr. Mittal holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the George Washington University School of Business.
Jacob "Jake" Williamson is Fannie Mae’s Executive Vice President and Head of Single-Family. Reporting to Co-President Brandon Hamara, Jake leads the company's Single-Family business division, including the teams responsible for providing consistent and reliable liquidity to the single-family mortgage market, facilitating access to affordable homeownership. Previously, Jake was the Senior Vice President for Single-Family Collateral & Quality Risk Management. In this role, Jake oversaw all end-to-end collateral, loan quality, and servicing capabilities, including front-end collateral policies, property valuation risk management, servicing, insurance and title policies, and loan quality control for credit and collateral. He also managed condominium standards, servicer oversight, and Real Estate Owned (REO) disposition. Earlier, Jake was Vice President – Single-Family Collateral Risk Management, overseeing foreclosure and REO functions. He also held roles in REO Fulfillment and Operational Analysis, and REO Sales. Before joining Fannie Mae in 2006, Jake was a Quantitative Analyst at GMAC-RFC. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Louisiana Tech University and a Graduate Business Analytics Certification from Southern Methodist University. He also completed extensive coursework toward a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and participated in SMU's data mining academic team.
