Megan is the Senior Director – Servicing Asset Management for Principal Real Estate Investors. She leads the Asset Management team and the Surveillance/Compliance team. PrinREI provides a wide variety of private debt options including core, construction, mezzanine debt, subordinate notes, and bridge loans. She joined the firm in 2006 and closed commercial real estate loans before joining the servicing team in 2011. Megan has a bachelor's degree in business management from Central College and a Masters in Business Administration and Leadership Certificate from University of Iowa. She is a MBA Future Leader's Alumni (2020) and earned her CCMS designation in 2024.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate servicing and asset management, Nate is a Managing Director on the Credit and Asset Management team with Trimont, specializing in the servicing of CMBS conduit and SASB securitizations. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia and has completed advanced industry certifications, including the MBA Future Leaders program. Nate is based in Charlotte, NC.
Based in Dallas, Chris oversees PGIM’s Core General Account, FNMA, and FMAC portfolios. In this role, he manages the execution of various credit transactions, risk management activities, loan covenant compliance, property inspections, watchlist management, and select vendor management functions. In addition, Chris leads strategic initiatives, drives accountability across key deliverables, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes. Chris has 22 years of experience in the commercial mortgage servicing industry, with extensive asset management expertise across multiple capital sources.
Jeremy Zinn has been a member of CW since 2010 and focuses on workouts, resolutions, and executing disposition strategies for assets in special servicing. During his tenure at CWCapital, he has overseen the asset management of more than $7 billion across a wide range of property types and geographic markets, from trophy assets in core markets to distressed properties in tertiary locations. This experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by sellers, brokers, and buyers, enabling him to help drive optimal outcomes for each transaction. Mr. Zinn also supports the firm’s due diligence initiatives and has underwritten more than $3 billion in securitized CRE loans during his time at CWCapital. Prior to joining CWCapital, Mr. Zinn was a Senior Financial Analyst at Struever Bros. Eccles and Rouse, a regional developer based in Baltimore, MD, from 2008 to 2010. Earlier, he served as a Senior Associate on the capital markets team at Cassidy Pinkard (now Cushman and Wakefield) from 2005 to 2008, where he was involved in closing more than $2 billion in transactions. He began his career as an appraiser with Integra Realty Resources from 2003 to 2005.
