Julie Thick
Julie is a Managing Director in the J.P. Morgan Chase Real Estate Banking group. Julie leads the Central Region in delivering customized debt solutions and a full range of banking products to real estate developers, investors, operating companies, and investment funds across the US. In her prior role as the Director of the National Subscription Lending Platform, Julie led the practice focused on providing subscription debt solutions to real estate funds. Julie began her career structuring and underwriting commercial real estate loans for LaSalle Bank in 1995, before moving to Jones Lang LaSalle to assist clients with land development strategies. In 1998, she rejoined LaSalle Bank to develop and manage an institutional real estate division before joining RBS Citizens in 2008, where she was hired to build out a team focused on the generation of new business and asset management for a portfolio of real estate loans. She serves as President of the board of the Goldie Initiative and was co-chair for the 2022 Goldie Gala. Julie is also a current board member of the Chicago Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and The Wellness House, a non-profit serving cancer patients and their families. Julie is a Co-Chair of the Executive Bank Roundtable for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Julie received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.
