Michael Kennedy Sullivan, CMCP

Michael Sullivan serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Pulte Financial Services, with responsibility for leading legal strategy and compliance across Pulte Mortgage LLC, PGP Title, Premier Land Title Insurance Agency and Pulte Insurance Agency. Michael is a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and a former chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association Legal Issues Committee. Before joining the company, Michael represented banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders in litigation and regulatory matters before government agencies and in federal and state courts.
