Susanne Livingston

Susanne Livingston, the Chief Strategy Officer and Owner of RWM Home Loans, has a three-decade tenure in mortgage banking. She began her career in 1986 as a wholesale correspondent representative for IMPAC before founding RWM in 1994 with her husband, Brad. RWM is a retail seller servicer operating in 15 states and is continuously expanding. Susanne plays a pivotal role within RWM, working closely with the executive team and managers, propelling corporate strategies, fostering a dynamic company culture, and mentoring leaders. Her extensive industry knowledge has led her to hold several leadership positions. She served as the former Chair of the CA MBA Board, is a member of MBA’s RESBOG and IMB Committees, and joined the MBA Board of Directors in October 2023.
