Residential Future Leaders

MBA Education's Residential Future Leaders Program is the only nationally recognized program for executive leadership development in our industry that delivers a comprehensive curriculum for selected managers who have shown leadership interests and abilities. This program gives you the opportunity to enhance your skills through three hands-on sessions geared toward political activism; business analysis and problem-solving; and experiential learning through collaboration, networking and peer group interaction.

At the core of the program are three in-person sessions.

SPRING SESSION
March 19-20, 2024 in Washington, DC
Held in conjunction with MBA's National Advocacy Conference, participants will receive an introduction to lobbying and an understanding of its importance to the legislative process. 

SUMMER SESSION
June 4-7, 2024 in Gettysburg, PA and Washington, DC
This session will focus on perfecting communication skills to position participants for success with executive audiences. 

FALL SESSION
October 27, 2024, in Denver, CO
Held in conjunction with MBA's Annual Convention & Expo, you will present your project before a senior executive audience.

Back By Popular Demand: Optional Executive Coaching Add-On

Add one-on-one coaching, with Jeffrey Schummer, CMB, MBA's Vice President of Education Business Development and  Bronwyn Morrissey, CMB, CEO and Founder, Insight Global Coaching. Tailored to your specific business goals and development needs, six sessions are conducted over a six-month period. They bring a strong combination of real-life real estate finance management experience and leadership training skills to the program.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses when attending related in-person events.

Scholarships Are Available
MBA's Path to Diversity Scholarship allows recipients to receive up to $2,000 in education funds and can be used towards the Residential Future Leaders Program. Learn more and apply.
