Jonathan Kearns serves as the Vice President of Programs at Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance (MISMO), where he leads efforts to modernize and standardize technology across the mortgage finance ecosystem. A widely respected thought leader in mortgage technology, Kearns brings deep expertise in crafting and executing technology and product strategies that support industry innovation and digital transformation.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in electronic signatures, eVaults, and the eClosing process, Kearns has been instrumental in driving the industry toward a more seamless, secure, and borrower-centric digital mortgage experience. His forward-looking approach emphasizes interoperability, efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
Prior to joining MISMO, Kearns served as Senior Vice President of Technology at DocMagic, Inc., where he oversaw the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital mortgage platforms used throughout the lending lifecycle.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kearns is deeply committed to community service— he has served as a Board Member of the Tierra Antigua Hope Foundation, is a member of The Centurions, and has been a member of the Tucson Conquistadores Inc.
