Jason Emory joined PrimeLending in July 2013 as Director of Quality Control. In September 2016, Jason was promoted to Senior Vice President, Quality Control. He is responsible for all quality control requirements, origination through servicing, and loss prevention, which includes fraud investigations and agency/investor deficiency notifications. Jason has more than 30 years in the mortgage industry and has held numerous management roles including compliance and quality control. Prior to joining PrimeLending, Jason spent 9 years with MetLife Home Loans/First Horizon Home Loans serving as Vice President of post closing and custodian operations until transitioning to Director of Compliance and Quality Control. Jason spent the first 14 years of his career with Chase Home Loans managing in areas of servicing and post closing.
Jerra H. Ryan is well-versed in all areas of residential loan production. She led $250 million in annual production as a producing branch manager and top-ranked originator before moving her unique fusion of experience as a sales leader and consumer educator to her roles developing and enabling compliance. Jerra advocates for what we can do in mortgage compliance and production and as a senior leader, consultant, speaker, and instructor, she works to raise the compliance IQ and fluency of mortgage professionals.

Melissa helps institutions develop and execute compliance policies and procedures to best fit their consumer needs. Lore M. Haines is the Senior Vice President and Quality Control & Compliance Officer at Eustis Mortgage Company, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. She leads the company’s quality control operations, overseeing fraud investigations, agency and investor deficiency resolutions, and regulatory examinations at the state, federal, and agency levels. With more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, Lore began her career in 2002 and has held leadership and operational roles with both lenders and consulting firms. Her expertise spans compliance oversight, risk management, and process optimization, making her a trusted resource in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.
Planet Home Lending Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Agency Relations Chris Joles’ analyzes and manages risks throughout the Planet Family of Companies, advising executive leaders in asset management, credit risk, retail, correspondent origination, and servicing. Known for his consultative and collaborative approach, his industry knowledge spans nonbank credit risk, conventional governmental and non-QM origination, servicing, reputation management, technology, and strategy along with vendor and counterparty management. Prior to joining the company, Joles was the VP of Internal Audit at Finance of America Mortgage, where he performed risk assessments and evaluated potential exposures. He has also held additional risk and internal audit leadership positions, including VP of Risk and Compliance at Nationstar Mortgage (Mr. Cooper) and VP of Risk Management at Pacific Union Financial, LLC.
