Todd is a seasoned mortgage executive with over 25 years of experience in mortgage lending. His background spans both portfolio investing and mortgage banking, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s operational landscape. At CrossCheck Compliance, Todd leads the Loan Review and Litigation Support practices.
In his role, Todd oversees a wide range of services within the Loan Review practice, including pre-funding quality assurance, post-closing quality control, operational audits, and reviews related to repurchase, fraud, and servicing. He also directs the Litigation Support practice, which provides expert analysis, file reviews, reporting, and testimony in matters involving mortgage-backed securities, underwriting, and repurchase disputes.
