Chris Mozilo, CMB, is a seasoned mortgage banking executive with over 30 years of experience in sales, operations, compliance, and strategic growth. As Senior Vice President of TPO Production at Kind Lending, he leverages his expertise to drive third-party origination strategies and optimize production outcomes. Before joining Kind in April 2025, Chris spent nearly a decade at Newrez LLC as Divisional Vice President, leading wholesale and non-delegated correspondent lending across the western U.S. and building high-performing teams that drove market growth. An entrepreneur and innovator, Chris founded eModifyMyLoan and ShortSaleMyHome.com to support homeowners and real estate agents during challenging market conditions. He holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and earned his Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation in 2006. Based in the Greater Phoenix Area, Chris continues to be a driving force in the mortgage banking industry, combining strategic vision with operational expertise to deliver results.

Jen McGuinness is CEO of PIVOT Financial. She is a "full lifecycle"expert, whose 25+ year career in mortgage spans lending and aggregation, banking, asset management, due diligence, servicing, securitization, and structured finance. Jen has held executive level roles in Lenders, Servicers, Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and REITS. Some examples include Deutsche Bank, Colony American Finance n/k/a Corevest etc. She was the Head of the Deal Team, for the 1st hedge fund to ever issue residential mortgage backed securities with a AAA rating collateralized by newly originated mortgage loans and was instrumental in bringing the DSCR mortgage loan program to market, as well as the first secondary market tradable 1st lien HELOC product, removing the "old school" sweep account structure and building a custom servicing strategy. Her company was also recognized as a 2020 Top Fintech Innovator.
Maria Moskver is a legal strategist and fintech executive with 25+ years in financial services, compliance, and mortgage tech. She helped lead Cloudvirga through its 2021 acquisition by Stewart and previously held executive roles at Covius, Statebridge Company, and Murrayhill Company. Known for aligning regulatory strategy with innovation, Maria speaks frequently on digital transformation, the use of AI in lending, and the future of the borrower experience. She chaired the CMBA Legal Issues Committee, serves on the MBA’s Technology Working Group, and co-chairs the Octane Women Leaders Board. Passionate about talent development, she actively mentors rising professionals in tech, legal, and compliance. Maria holds a JD and MBA from the University of Denver.
