Geoff Kramer

Geoff Kramer is the Head of Enterprise Financial Services, North at Google. In this role, Geoff supports customers in Mortgage, Insurance, and Capital Markets. With mortgage originators and servicers, Geoff has implemented Generative AI solutions to improve underwriter productivity, support back-office operations, perform document entity extraction, generate and evaluate compliance rules, and create voice agents that engage and support customers. Geoff has been amazed at the ability of underwriters, brokers, and loan officers to adapt to and leverage new tools and technology, which accelerates and simplifies the home buying experience.
