Seever Sulaiman is chief technology officer (CTO) at Optimal Blue. In this role, Seever leads Optimal Blue’s technology and development strategies, with a focus on engineering solutions that anticipate future needs of the industry. Seever joined Optimal Blue in 2018 following the company’s acquisition of Resitrader, where Seever served as the co-founder and chief information officer. A long-time technology executive, Seever served as CTO for Equator Business Solutions, a division of Altisource, CTO for the Applied Analytics division of LPS (the predecessor of Black Knight/ICE), and CTO for Interthinx, a division of First American. Seever holds a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University in Saint Louis, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Baghdad.

As the Chief Risk Officer at Servbank, Shayna is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Risk and Compliance Management Programs. This includes oversight of legal and regulatory compliance, risk assessments, change management, policies and procedures, quality control, risk and compliance testing, examinations, and consumer complaint management. Shayna previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer at The Money Source Inc. (TMS) for over 6 years, where she was responsible for compliance across all business channels, including Correspondent, Servicing, Subservicing, and formerly the company’s Retail and Wholesale Origination Channels. Shayna previously worked at a mortgage banking focused law firm where she served as outside compliance counsel to a variety of lenders, servicers, and industry vendors. She has extensive government and regulatory experience, including time at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Justice. In 2017, Shayna was named to HousingWire’s Women of Influence, which recognizes the outstanding efforts of women in housing. In 2020, she was selected as one of National Mortgage Professional’s 40 under 40 Influential Achievers. Most recently, she was named as a 2022 Five Star Women in Housing finalist for the Authentic Leader Award.

Kyle proudly leads hundreds of dedicated men and women who operate and safeguard Sagent's multi-trillion dollar mortgage servicing portfolio. Before joining Sagent, Kyle spent over two decades serving in and supporting the US Intelligence Community and Allied nations as an Intelligence Officer and then the Head of Cyber and Intelligence at the global defense giant BAE Systems. Kyle has mission and leadership experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels in Offensive and Defensive Cyber Operations, Signals Intelligence Collection, Human Intelligence Collection, and Offensive Counterintelligence primarily in the Middle East and Africa. In 2024, he was recognized as one of WashingtonExec's "Top National Security Executives to Watch" for his work implementing zero trust architectures and cyber mission enablement for a restricted Government customer setting new standards within the US Intelligence Community. He's committed to bringing the same rigor and standards of excellence to Sagent and collaborate with colleagues across the mortgage industry.
