Introductions
Jonathan Kolodziej is a partner at Bradley in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice group and is a co-leader of the firm’s CFPB team. He represents mortgage servicers in regulatory compliance, examination and enforcement matters and centers his practice around helping clients ensure that their operations are in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer financial laws, and then demonstrating compliance to regulators. In this role, Jonathan frequently helps clients assess the impact of new rules and regulations and adapt to changes in the regulatory environment. Jonathan is also an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he teaches an upper level course on the laws and regulations that apply throughout the lifecycle of a mortgage loan.

Anna Craft advises financial services companies on a variety of complex compliance and regulatory matters. Her practice has focused on the negotiation and implementation of consent judgments with various regulators and the proactive implementation of changes to business practices that are required as a result of new statutes and regulations. Anna uses her experience with and knowledge of the financial services industry to identify and mitigate risks that may arise in various business practices as a result of a dynamic and unpredictable regulatory environment. She works directly with her clients’ internal legal department and business leaders to identify the most efficient and effective measures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements or to identify and remediate areas of concern. Her experience advising multiple clients on the implementation of Servicing Standards required by the National Mortgage Settlement has given her a broad understanding of the main areas of concern facing the financial services industry today.

Rachel Kelley is the Vice President of Legislative Affairs at the Mortgage Bankers Association, focusing her lobbying efforts on the Republicans in the House of Representatives. She was previously Assistant Vice President of Political Affairs at the MBA since 2021. Rachel was formerly in political fundraising working for CLT Host 2020, Inc, the RNC (Republican National Committee), and NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee). Prior to fulltime political fundraising, Rachel managed the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) PAC and helped represent ICSC on the Hill and worked on the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) PAC. Before NAHB Rachel was a junior lobbyist at a boutique lobby firm.
Wendy Lee is the Managing Partner of LOGS Legal Group. Prior to LOGS, Wendy was the Chair of AMLAW 200 Firm Buchalter's Fintech and AI practice group. She's also served in in house roles as EVP and Chief Legal Officer of Sagent and as FVP and AGC at Washington Mutual Bank. She's a huge advocate for reforming the legal practice with smart, safe use of AI.
Brian is a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence and Decision Management, with nearly 25 years of experience in financial services and mortgage lending. He recently led the Responsible AI and Model Governance practice at Rocket Mortgage, where his team developed the Rocket Ethical Framework (REF) to ensure comprehensive AI review before production, focusing on data privacy, permissible use, and fairness. Brian also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Mortgage Bankers Association MISMO organization, co-chairing the Artificial Intelligence and Decision Modeling Workgroups. Through his company, DecisionX, he provides services in decision/process modeling and AI Governance / responsible AI and is a sought-after speaker and panelist at industry conferences.
