Head of Residential Appraisal - Chief Appraiser Citizens Bank

John Herdering leads the Collateral Risk Management department at Citizens, where he serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Appraiser. With extensive experience in mortgage lending and valuation strategy, John oversees residential appraisal operations, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.

He is a Certified Residential Appraiser with over 25 years experience, holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation and has a BBA from the University of Cincinnati in Finance and Operations Management.
