Renuka Kambli leads the Lending and Payments consulting practice for North America at Cognizant. In this role, she oversees the enhancement and expansion of the company's market presence with clients, prospects, and industry organizations. Additionally, she oversees the ongoing transformation of the company’s Lending and Payments practice. She and her team spearhead strategic and technology transformation, process, and technology advisory services for Lending and Payments clients. With over 20 years of experience in progressive problem-solving, client relationship management, and practice and people development, she is recognized as an experienced strategy and transformation executive with deep-domain knowledge in lending and payments, a history of successful global enterprise transformations, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams. Kambli has contributed to thought leadership for Cognizant’s Lending and Payments business by developing and publishing industry perspectives, speaking at industry forums, and consulting with industry CXOs. She has nearly 20 years’ experience and was recognized by Consulting Magazine 2022 as a Women Leader in Technology.
