Charles Scott, CCMS

Charles Scott is a Vice President of Asset Management for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services. Based in Dallas, Charles overseas the FHA and Construction Asset Management teams, including the securitization of all GNMA pools and the protection/resolution of non-performing loans through various workout scenarios. In addition, he manages the Surveillance team responsible for monitoring the financial performance and physical condition of properties within the US debt portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm Charles was on the debt originations side for 9 years at NorthMarq Capital in Dallas and NewMark Realty Capital in San Francisco, structuring debt solutions for permanent, bridge and construction loans.
 
Charles earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
