Charlotte Anne Croog, Jr.

Charlotte Anne Croog is Senior Director of Escrow Operations at JLL. Her career started in residential loan servicing and has spanned across all areas of the industry from servicing, legal, asset management, technology and operations. As a legacy mortgage banker, she is proud to be in an industry that allows anyone with a passion to explore our many pathways. An intuitive leader, Charlotte has a proven track record of success in leading teams, fostering accountability, and driving shared successes. She believes strongly in mentoring and coaching; working closely with individuals to develop their careers and create open platforms for collaboration. Charlotte excels at identifying pain points, streamlining processes, and utilizing technology and resources to streamline operations and drive efficiencies; using the needs and voices of her teams as guideposts.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with a minor in Legal Studies from Trinity College and is currently pursuing her MBA at University of Hartford.
