Michael Bruggman

Michael is the Executive Director, Head of FHA Asset Management for Wells Fargo – Multifamily Capital. In this role he oversees asset management and servicing for construction and permanent FHA-insured loans in Wells Fargo’s portfolio, including Multifamily, Residential Care Facilities, and Hospitals. Previously, he was the Director of HUD's Multifamily Asset & Counterparty Oversight Division. In this role he was responsible for oversight of the MAP lending program, policy, and compliance activities for over 30,000 properties both insured and assisted, along with enforcement for non-compliance. Prior to that, Michael was Vice President at Bank of America and Management Analyst at HUD. He has a B.A. from UC-Davis and a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown.
