Victoria Kratzberg

Victoria Kratzberg is a Vice President and Senior Operations Manager within Midland Loan Services' Real Estate Solutions group. In this role, she manages the team responsible for covenant monitoring, and completing lockbox activations and deactivations. Victoria has a wide breadth of knowledge in the commercial real estate servicing industry from experiences in several loan servicing and cash management roles. Victoria graduated magna cume laude from Emporia State University with a BSB – Accounting. She is a member of CREFC’s Servicer Forum and serves as president of Midland’s Women Connect EBRG chapter. A recent participant in the MBA’s 2023 Future Leaders Program, Victoria is actively pursuing her CCMS designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
