Kevin Fagan

Kevin is a senior director and Head of CRE Economic Analysis at Moody’s Analytics, responsible for research, thought leadership and strategic initiatives for the MA CRE group, with a focus on capital markets and climate risks. He is a designated member of the Counselors of Real Estate. He is the member chair of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Sustainability Initiative and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors. Prior to joining Moody’s Analytics, Kevin was the director of CRE and CMBS research in the Moody’s Investors Service and held research roles at ING Clarion and Jones Lang LaSalle. He formerly practiced as a structural engineer, designing large scale commercial buildings in California for nearly 10 years. He holds an MS in urban economics and real estate finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
