About the Event
The invitation-only 2026 mPact Leadership Fly-In, held September 1–2, 2026, in conjunction with MBA’s Cross-Capital Source Senior Executive Roundtable in New Orleans, brings together a select group of emerging leaders from across the commercial real estate finance industry for a curated leadership and networking experience.
Designed specifically for rising professionals in CRE finance, the Fly-In will feature a curated agenda focused on leadership development, industry trends, professional growth, and peer-to-peer engagement across capital sources. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with professionals representing banks, life companies, intermediaries, private credit lenders, servicers, investors, and other sectors across the CRE ecosystem.
