SUBSTITUTIONS
Send requests in writing to the attention of "Insurance Conclave Registration Substitutions" to Jacky Salazar and include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before October 1, 2025.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations" to Jacky Salazar. See below for the refund schedule. Received on or before September 1, 2026: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Received September 2 - September 15, 2026: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. Received after September 16, 2026: No refunds after this date.
SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable.
