Leesa Logan

Leesa Logan has over two decades of legal experience, in various leadership positions, contributing significantly to legal advisory and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

Leesa held the position of Head of Compliance at Computershare, where she led the compliance function for the U.S. loan services operation. Her leadership extended to managing a team of five lawyers and 20 compliance professionals. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she was subsequently promoted to General Counsel, overseeing Litigation Management and collaborating with the regional Executive Team and Global Legal Team. Prior to Computershare, Leesa held legal and compliance roles within the industry at Phoenix Capital, Statebridge Company, and Homeward Residential.
