Vimi Vasudeva is a Managing Director at Optimal Blue, where she leads a team of account managers dedicated to advising clients on pipeline hedging, risk management, and mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuation. Vimi has extensive experience advising lenders on capital markets with a focus on MSR, including valuation and hedging. She began her career at Compass Analytics, playing a key role in launching its pipeline hedging, MSR valuation, and whole loan models, and continued her leadership following Optimal Blue’s acquisition in 2019. Vimi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Rick Hill is the Vice President of Industry Technology at the Mortgage Bankers Association and acting MISMO President. He is responsible for managing MBA’s technology initiatives within the real estate finance industry, managing MBA’s technology committees, and developing technology content for MBA conferences and events. Before joining MBA, Hill was the Director of Data Strategy at Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for data standards and best practices, data management including the company's data warehouse, and managing the relationship with regulatory agencies relating to information requirements. Hill began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte, after earning his B.B.A. in accounting from The College of William and Mary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric Litwin brings over 17 years of dedicated leadership experience at Pennymac. As EVP of Enterprise Data, he is currently leading the charge to build a robust and scalable data governance program across the organization, spanning both Snowflake and SQL Server environments. Litwin is focused on establishing a data-driven culture, ensuring a solid foundation for data sharing and informed decision-making, driving the adoption of the MISMO based enterprise data model, and providing AI-ready data. Previously, as EVP, Application Development, he oversaw all Production and Capital Markets systems, where his responsibilities included the pricing, acquisition, and sales of Conventional, FHA and Jumbo mortgages.
Nick Soltis serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Factual Data, where he leads long-term strategic planning and market intelligence initiatives. With 20 years of experience at Factual Data across various leadership roles, Nick brings deep institutional knowledge of data-driven lending solutions and emerging technology trends. In his current role, Nick focuses on developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps while managing key industry relationships and assessing how evolving data technologies can meet future customer needs. His team is responsible for analyzing market trends in data-driven lending, identifying emerging customer requirements for analytics and AI solutions, and ensuring Factual Data's technology platform evolves to support lenders' growth objectives rather than temporary market fluctuations. This forward-thinking approach helps both Factual Data and its lending clients maintain competitive advantages through robust data architecture and strategic technology adoption. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Grove City College.
