Jodi Gaines

Chief Executive Officer, Claims Recovery Financial Services (CRFS)

Jodi Gaines is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently holding the position of CEO of CRFS. Jodi’s journey in the mortgage industry began as claims clerk at Anchor Mortgage, showcasing her commitment and work ethic. Over the years, she steadily ascended the management ranks, accumulating valuable insights and expertise. In 2002, Jodi’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to help establish Claims Recovery Financial Services “CRFS” at her kitchen table. Under her leadership, CRFS flourished into a thriving enterprise with over 600 employees. In 2019 Jodi transitioned to join Insight One until March of 2024, when she returned to CRFS. Jodi is also the President of Orleans of United Way & Secretary of the Finance Committee for Holy Family Parish.

William Collins

Director, HUD National Servicing Center, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

William Collins is the Director for HUD’s National Servicing Center (NSC) located in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK. William previously served as the Deputy Director and as the Program Director for the NSC’s Servicing & Loss Mitigation Branch. He has been with the Department for over 18 years and is responsible for developing and implementing policies for mortgage servicing, claims, and property disposition. The NSC helps FHA assist homeowners with FHA insured loans in avoiding foreclosure whenever possible while mitigating losses to the FHA insurance fund. The NSC is also responsible for overseeing and servicing of the Single-Family Secretary-held loan portfolio (Primarily HUD Loss Mitigation Partial Claims) along with HUD’s Assigned HECM Reverse mortgage portfolio.

Kimberly Dawson

Director of Property and Field Solutions, Fannie Mae Single Family

Kimberly Dawson is a director with Fannie Mae in the Single Family Real Estate organization. She is responsible for oversight of Property and Field Solutions which is inclusive of: Property Preservation, HOA, Tax, Code Violations, Vacant Property Registration, Hazard Claims and Remedies. Ms. Dawson joined Fannie Mae in January 2013. Prior to Fannie Mae, she held leadership roles with Bank of America and Countrywide. Teams led include Strategic Initiatives, REO, Short Sales, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Claims Management. Ms. Dawson has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas.

Michael Greenbaum

Chief Operating Officer, Safeguard Properties

Mike Greenbaum is the Chief Operating Officer at Safeguard Properties. Mike joined Safeguard in July 2010 as Vice President of REO and has continued to take on additional duties and responsibilities within the organization, including the role of Vice President of Operations in 2013 and then Chief Operating Officer in 2015. Mike has built his business career in supply chain management, operations, finance and marketing. He has held senior management and executive positions with Erico, Accel, Inc. and McMaster-Carr. Before entering the business world, Mike served in the U.S. Army and specialized in supply chain management. He is a distinguished graduate of West Point U.S. Military Academy where he majored in quantitative economics.

Ingrid Jaschok

Senior Vice President, Default Servicing, Cenlar FSB

Ingrid joined Cenlar in 2023. Previously Ingrid was with Flagstar as an SVP of Default Operations and Senior Vice President at Citi where she assisted the team with a start-up of Vulnerability Remediation in the Global Technology areas. Prior to Citi, she served as the Executive Vice President of online auction operations at Auction.com where she managed merchandising to transaction servicing processing. Ingrid was the Senior Vice President at Freedom Mortgage prior to Auction.com, where she managed their nationwide call centers. Ingrid started her career at Mr. Cooper for 16 years, where she spent time in almost every area of the servicing business developing her leadership skills. As a Senior Vice President who oversaw multiple functions that included Servicing, Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Core Servicing and Management Information Systems, she partnered with her team and technology to create an automated loss mitigation process for customers during the pandemic. Ingrid also won the 2019 Women in Housing Leadership Award for Diversity & Inclusion while at Mr. Cooper. In addition, as part of her focus on diversity and inclusion, she started Mr. Cooper’s first Pride group. Ingrid is a graduate of Kent State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education.
