As the head of Mitchell Sandler’s mortgage practice group, she regularly counsels clients on state and federal laws relating to fair lending, advertising, licensing, and privacy. She has particular experience helping mortgage lenders and others comply with the requirements of the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, and state regulatory requirements.
