Lisa Binkley is a seasoned mortgage industry leader with over 30 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, and business technology solutions. As Chief Operations Officer (COO) at National Credit-reporting System, Inc. (NCS), she drives product innovation, operations and business development, focusing on streamlined loan manufacturing workflows and fintech advancements. Lisa quickly rose to prominence early in her career, pioneering one of the country’s first pre-funding fraud investigation units. She has played a pivotal role in developing industry-leading automated risk management tools, including mortgage fraud detection, appraisal quality verification, and income verification solutions. Her leadership in product enhancements and automation has helped lenders significantly reduce processing times and improve efficiency. A nationally recognized speaker and thought leader, Lisa has contributed to major industry conferences, working groups, and publications. She has been honored as one of Housing Wire’s Influential Women in Mortgage and continues to advocate for smart automation, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency in the mortgage lending space.

Julie is VP of Quality Control for SWBC Mortgage Corp. Her career spans over 20 years from originating to underwriting and quality control management. Her role requires precise analytics to produce certainty with data-driven results and strong communication skills. Having capacity in various areas, she believes staying current on all quality/fraud trends, legislative updates/mortgage industry news as well as advocating for the industry is important. She is co-chair of both Connecticut Mortgage Banker's Young Mortgage Professionals and Underwriting Committee. She is passionate about fraud detection and education on how to manufacture quality loans to sustain a thriving financial ecosystem.
Robb Hagberg is Executive Director of Home Lending and Affluent Fraud Strategy at Chase. His team is responsible for unpacking fraud events and developing strategies designed to mitigate fraud losses for Home Lending originations, HELOC transactions and Wealth Management digital account opening. His team partners with business and risk colleagues to ensure strategies drive fraud experience within risk appetite. Hagberg also manages Identity Theft Prevention Program for both businesses. Previously at Chase, he managed fraud risk and strategy for Auto, Business Banking and Overdraft for both Consumer and Business Banking. Prior to his time at Chase, he held various leadership roles in the fraud space at Freddie Mac, Option One Mortgage, ABN Amro/LaSalle Bank and MGIC.
Ms. Hollister currently holds the role of Director of Compliance & Risk Management where she leads teams responsible for Compliance, Licensing, Quality Control, Fraud, Audit, and Vendor Management. She has spent over 20 years in the mortgage industry holding senior leadership positions at various financial institutions including Citizens Financial, Franklin American Mortgage, and Everbank (now TIAA).
Denise L. James has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, particularly in product management, fraud, quality control solutions and tenant screening services within the mortgage and fintech industries. She is recognized as a thought leader in the mortgage industry, contributing to industry publications and participating in advocacy boards. She has also developed innovative products, such as the "Loan Fraud Alert Tool," for which she was awarded a US patent. Awarded notable distinctions as one of Mortgage Banking’s “Most Powerful Women in Mortgage” and the “Mortgage Star Award” in 2023 and 2024.
