Aaron Chastain is a partner in the Birmingham office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. He represents a number of financial services companies, including mortgage originators and servicers, student lenders, money transmitters, and banks. Although his background is in litigation, he has developed a significant level of experience with state and federal laws governing financial services companies and often assists his clients with compliance and licensing issues.

Richard Horn is a former Senior Counsel & Special Advisor in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Regulations and a former Senior Attorney at the FDIC. Richard led the CFPB’s design of the TRID disclosures, as well as the qualitative and quantitative consumer testing of the disclosures. As a key architect of the TRID rulemaking, Richard is one of the foremost experts on the rule. Richard represents companies dealing with the CFPB and other Federal and State regulators in supervisory and enforcement matters. Richard also advises companies regarding compliance with Federal and State consumer financial protection laws, including TRID, RESPA section 8, ATR/QM, Loan Originator Compensation, privacy, and other laws.
Francis "Trip" Riley represents clients who are facing complex civil litigation filed by a single plaintiff, as well as class actions, arising from commercial and consumer financing, consumer facing services and product sales, and business-to-business transactions and competition. He prides himself on understanding his clients' unique businesses and partners with them to help achieve results in line with their goals in the often highly-charged setting of civil litigation. However, when a difficult dispute cannot otherwise be resolved, Trip and his team are prepared to go to trial.
