Jonathan Kolodziej is a partner at Bradley in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice group and is a co-leader of the firm’s CFPB team. He represents mortgage servicers in regulatory compliance, examination and enforcement matters and centers his practice around helping clients ensure that their operations are in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer financial laws, and then demonstrating compliance to regulators. In this role, Jonathan frequently helps clients assess the impact of new rules and regulations and adapt to changes in the regulatory environment. Jonathan is also an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he teaches an upper level course on the laws and regulations that apply throughout the lifecycle of a mortgage loan.

Matthew Detwiler has over 30 years of mortgage industry experience in Capital Markets, Correspondent Lending, MSR Trading, and Subservicing leadership roles. For the past 7 years, Matt has served as Sr. Vice President and business leader within Client Management and Business Development at Cenlar FSB. Matt started his mortgage banking career in multiple Capital Markets Trading roles at Signet Bank. He then spent 15 years at GMAC Mortgage playing a key role in the creation and management of its Correspondent Lending business as well as supporting the growth of its Warehouse and Broker business. Matt was also responsible for the development of Greentree’s MSR Flow business channel before accepting his current role at Cenlar. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Susquehanna University and a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Rachel Kelley is the Vice President of Legislative Affairs at the Mortgage Bankers Association, focusing her lobbying efforts on the Republicans in the House of Representatives. She was previously Assistant Vice President of Political Affairs at the MBA since 2021. Rachel was formerly in political fundraising working for CLT Host 2020, Inc, the RNC (Republican National Committee), and NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee). Prior to fulltime political fundraising, Rachel managed the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) PAC and helped represent ICSC on the Hill and worked on the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) PAC. Before NAHB Rachel was a junior lobbyist at a boutique lobby firm.
As a seasoned mortgage professional with 20+ years of key industry leadership experience, Chris King joined Mr. Cooper in 2012, and leads Business Development and B2B initiatives through Correspondent, Co-Issue, Bulk MSR, Subservicing, and Strategic Institutional Partnerships. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining the Mr. Cooper family, Chris served as SVP of Business Development for Morgan Stanley/ Saxon, as well as held other senior management roles at GMAC-RFC, Fannie Mae, and KPMG. His intuitive insight into mortgage lending, capital markets, and servicing functions from his career accomplishments are integral to the demonstrated success of Mr. Cooper.
Vimi Vasudeva is a Managing Director at Optimal Blue, where she leads a team of account managers dedicated to advising clients on pipeline hedging, risk management, and mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuation. Vimi has extensive experience advising lenders on capital markets with a focus on MSR, including valuation and hedging. She began her career at Compass Analytics, playing a key role in launching its pipeline hedging, MSR valuation, and whole loan models, and continued her leadership following Optimal Blue’s acquisition in 2019. Vimi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of San Francisco.
