Rick Hill is the Vice President of Industry Technology at the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is responsible for managing MBA’s technology initiatives within the real estate finance industry, managing MBA’s technology committees, and developing technology content for MBA conferences and events. Before joining MBA, Hill was the Director of Data Strategy at Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for data standards and best practices, data management including the company's data warehouse, and managing the relationship with regulatory agencies relating to information requirements. Hill began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte, after earning his B.B.A. in accounting from The College of William and Mary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Leda DeRosa Bloomfield is the Branch Chief for Policy and Equity in FHFA's Office of Fair Lending Oversight, overseeing and developing policy for the secondary mortgage market to ensure that all applicants and borrowers are treated equitably, regardless of race, gender, or age. Leda has worked on efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, create a responsible capital framework for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and address equity in the market through the Equitable Housing Finance Plan program. Leda began her federal government career as a Presidential Management Fellow at HUD. Leda holds a Master of Urban Planning from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and an A.B. in Urban Studies, magna cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University.
Tommy Lee is a Senior Director and has been with FICO since 2003. In his current role in the Analytics and Scores Development team, Mr. Lee is an analytic reviewer for FICO® Score model developments in the U.S. and internationally. Tommy’s recent accomplishments include playing an integral part in the research, design, and development of FICO® Score 10 T & FICO Resilience Index. Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
