Jared Bourcier serves as Senior Vice President - Operations CFO for Mr. Cooper Group, overseeing the groups Servicing and Originations Financial Planning and Analysis functions with direct ownership of the Servicing and Originations segment's financial performance. This includes the day-to-day management and performance tracking of Mr. Cooper's MSR, Subservicing, Specialty Servicing, Master Servicing, Direct-to-consumer, and B2B business units. Previous to Mr. Cooper Group, Jared spent 10 years with Protiviti Inc. providing consulting services to Dallas/Fort Worth Mortgage Originators and Servicers with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Organizational Strategy, and Process Improvement.
Kathryn M. Ferriman joined SitusAMC as Vice President, Analytics in early 2020, with more than 10 years of experience focused on analytics, advisory and valuation services for mortgage servicing rights, focusing on both forward and reverse MSRs. Before her time at SitusAMC, she was MSR Valuation Manager at Citizens Bank, where she was responsible for overseeing daily valuations for the servicing rights valuation team. Previously, she was Vice President of Analytics at PHOENIX. She also teaches as part of the MBA’s School of Mortgage Servicing online program, focusing on MSR management day. She holds a B.S.B.A. in international business and an M.A. in International Studies with a concentration in statistics, both from the University of Denver.
Dr. Thomas J. Healy, CMB, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Level1Analytics® Powered by Intraprise, has over 30 years of unmatched experience in financial valuation and value modeling. Prior to creating Level1Analytics, Dr. Healy held several executive-level positions at top lending institutions, notably working for David Rockefeller at Chase Manhattan Bank early in his career. Dr. Healy's experience extends beyond the US market; he has worked on assignments in Hong Kong, Bangalore, and Moscow. A Master Faculty Fellow and former Dean of the Faculty of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Dr. Healy is a frequent lecturer and author on asset optimization topics to the financial services industry.
With extensive experience in mortgage banking and mortgage servicing, Seth Sprague leads the Mortgage Banking Consulting Services practice at Richey May. A sought-after speaker, he often speaks on liquidity and the overall challenges in the mortgage industry. Sprague joined Richey May from the STRATMOR Group where he was a principal. Prior to joining STRATMOR, he was EVP of Trading and Analytics at Phoenix Capital. Sprague also served as SVP, Servicing Asset Manager at SunTrust Mortgage for more than 10 years, where he developed and led their servicing rights valuation team. His career also includes accounting, analytics and auditing roles at Bank of America, KPMG LLP, and United Financial Inc. Seth holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) from the MBA.
Matt is an EY Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Partner based in Dallas. Nationally he leads EY’s Mortgage Banking Assurance Practice. Matt has over twenty (25+) years of experience auditing residential mortgage lenders and servicers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), and insured depository institutions. Matt has significant experience addressing financial accounting and auditing matters related to the allowance for credit losses (ACL), business combinations, securitizations, as well as the valuation of loans, derivatives and mortgage servicing rights (MSRs). Matt has significant experience with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) quarterly and annual filings as well as application of SOX and FDICIA. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from BYU and holds a CPA in Texas.
