She is currently the SVP of Non-Agency Lending at Movement Mortgage. Prior to joining Movement Mortgage, Anna held key positions at Union Bank, NAF, and People’s Choice. As well as the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. She has the reputation as a top, highly skilled industry leader and innovator which she now displays with Movement Mortgage.
Fadi Faraj is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Lending, Inc., a leading mortgage banking firm licensed in 26 states. Since establishing the company with his brother Faris in 2009, Fadi has successfully transformed it from a family-run mortgage brokerage into a prominent mid-sized mortgage banking institution. Recently, Fadi has spearheaded a joint venture with Yieldstreet, launching the Residential Mortgage Opportunistic Fund. This new venture aims to leverage Premier Lending’s expertise in mortgage, further expanding into the purchasing of first mortgage residential loans. Fadi also plays an instrumental role on the Board of Directors, where he sets the firm’s operational standards and shapes company policy, ensuring Premier Lending’s continued growth and its strong market reputation for operational excellence.
Jonathan Glowacki is a principal and consulting actuary in the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He has been with the firm since 2009. Jonathan leads a team of data scientists and developers to provide powerful information and analysis to the mortgage industry through Milliman M-PIRe. Milliman M-PIRe is a cloud-based software that provides a complete end-to-end solution for clients to evaluate direct mortgage investments, credit risk transfer, private mortgage insurance, and insurance-linked notes. The tool includes the necessary data, models, and cash flow structures to evaluate individual transactions and quickly aggregate a portfolio of exposures. In addition to this work, Jonathan provides subject matter expertise to mortgage market participants on topics ranging from mortgage repurchase risk to mortgage portfolio valuations.
Devin Norales is a Director for the Mortgage and Capital Markets team in FICO’s Scores division. He has extensive knowledge in the mortgage Secondary and Capital Markets space. Before joining FICO, Devin led a capital markets team for a mid size lender focusing on trading, hedging and loan execution. Previous stops include rolls at Cardinal Financial as well as Movement mortgage where he was focused on leading an asset sales team through system migrations. Devin holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
