Michael Eising, MBA, CMB, CMCP, RCMS

Michael Eising is Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Ruoff Mortgage, where he leads compliance, quality control, licensing, and vendor risk for a multi-billion-dollar platform.

He previously served in Credit Policy at Freddie Mac and has developed over 250 NMLS-approved state and federal education courses. He teaches Mortgage Banking Bound for the MBA and is a member of MISMO’s Mortgage Compliance Dataset Development Workgroup (DWG).

In 2023, Michael received the Ken Markison Legacy Achievement Award for excellence in compliance. He holds designations including CMB®, CMCP, RCMS, and CRMP, along with an MBA and MS in Management and Leadership.
